Hi friends,

Thats violent detonation caused by basically being too lean for the way the engine is setup. Head clearance should be 0.3mm to 0.4mm. Pipe may be too
short/prop too big but the main problem is not enough fuel. Plug may also be too cold.

I have had similar though not as severe on my 3.5. This was caused by to lean with too little head clearance.
