			<description><![CDATA[ I wonder about the point  measuring a boat to within 0.5% of its length when setting it up. I&#39;ve seen boats lose 50% of their length during a race. I
believe it&#39;s something to do with Einstein, mass and the speed of light.

<p>Rudder = 10% of hull length</p>

<p>Prop tube = 20% of hull length</p>

<p>C of G = 37.5% of hull length</p>

The problem is that i have found in my papers the dimensions for Tempest and this hull is 40mm longer and 20mm wider than the tempest !The only one that comes
