Hello,
model ID is not required. If you have a membership ID for your national federation (in Hungary ours also include the insurance in case the model causes an accident), take that with you.

You only have to buy one vignette and it is valid for all the country highways,you can choose from 4 days and 7 days or 30 days period.

Are there any special requirments for travelling by car through Hungary, I mean do you have to buy a "Vignette" the same as when travelling through Austria or Switzerland?
Are there plenty of ATM's for getting money using a bank card, is it possible at a bank to exchange British Pounds for hungarian currency?
Are euros usable at all in Hungary?

However, they are not enough for me to send $$$ to Europe.
Our local bank required more

The banquet the night before the finals is not a good idea. Combining the prize giving with the banquet would make a nice evening, but there is the risk that people who have not made any finals will have already left.
